The RRF-06 Zanny was an Earth Federation Forces mobile suit reconstructed from captured MS-06F Zaku II units. Its head was replaced with one from an RX-77-2 Guncannon, and it used the RX-75-4 Guntank‘s 120mm low-recoil cannon as its main armament. However, it was ultimately nothing more than a repaired Zaku, and since the EFF lacked mobile suit combat know-how its fighting abilities were low. Rather than a weapon, this machine served mainly as a means of collecting mobile suit-related data. In UC 0080, the breakaway South Seas Alliance used the Zanny as part of its mobile suit force.
