The RX-78-2 Gundam Real Type Color was a computer simulation variant of the RX-78-2 Gundam. During the One Year War, the Earth Federation Forces created tactical computer simulations to collect data for improvements to the Gundam and the G-Fighter. As such, the Gundam Real Type Color and G-Fighter Real Type Color featured new color schemes to differentiate them from their original versions.
