The SPT-DT-25C Dtol was a general purpose super powered tracer developed by the Gradosian Empire. The Dtol was mainly designed for ground use, and as such its feet and backpack were equipped with wheels for high speed movement. However, the Dtol could be re-equipped for space use by swapping out its backpack. The Dtol’s armaments included a standard lasered gun and knuckle shots. In October 1996, Dtols were deployed on Mars as part of an effort to eliminate Eiji Asuka’s SPT-LZ-00X Layzner. Dtols also participated in the subsequent invasion and occupation of Earth. In October 1999, guerillas stole three Dtols in a plot to assassinate Admiral Gresco’s son, Le Cain. However, the Dtols proved to be no match for Le Cain’s SPT-ZK-53U Zakaal or the custom units of his elite Demon Squad.
