The X-ATH-02-DT Rabidly Dog was an upgraded, desert customized version of the Secret Society’s X-ATH-02 Strike Dog. Like the Strike Dog, the Rabidly Dog was a highly advanced unit and was the most powerful armored trooper ever created as of Astragius Year 7214. Designed by the mysterious Wiseman, the Rabidly Dog was built exclusively for use by Chirico Cuvie. The Rabidly Dog was equipped with a sand tripper for desert travel. Its armaments were similar to the Strike Dog’s, but the iron strike claw was upgraded with a newer (and heavier) version. In addition, the Rabidly Dog carried a solid shooter bazooka and mounted an explosive minelayer in its mission pack. The Rabidly Dog showed its power when Chirico was chased across Quent by hundreds of armored troopers from a combined Gilgamesh/Balarant force. Although the Rabidly Dog was finally destroyed in fierce fighting, Chirico reached Wiseman and learned the true secrets of the Quentian Overmen.
