The YF-21 FAST Pack was the specially equipped version of General Galaxy’s YF-21 prototype that was part of Project Super Nova. Compared to the FAST Packs used in previous generations, the YF-21’s version omitted booster pods and extra fuel, adding only micro-missiles. The lack of booster pods freed up space on the YF-21’s body for other equipment, such as a fold booster. In March 2040, Isamu Alva Dyson stole the YF-19 prototype to fly to Earth and crash the unveiling of the unmanned AIF-X-9 Ghost in protest of the cancelation of Project Super Nova. YF-21 pilot Guld Goa Bowman was ordered to give chase and launched with a FAST Pack and fold booster.
