The AGE-2DC Gundam AGE-2 Double Blade was an Earth-use wear developed when Asemu Asuno was transferred to Earth. The output and balance of the AGE-2 Gundam AGE-2 Normal’s G-Strider mode were improved to meet the needs of atmospheric flight. Improvements were also made to the wear system. The Double Blade was also one of the few wears that experienced combat while still in testing phase. Wire scissors functioned like the later AGE-2DH Gundam AGE-2 Dark Hound’s anchor shot; the blades would grip the target while the carbon nanowire restrained it, restricting its movement. The large thrusters in the shoulder binders could be used to help pull the enemy towards the Double Blade. The heat swords that were stored on the knee armor could be attached on the arms when used.
