The Don Escargot was an anti-submarine patrol plane used by the Earth Federation Forces. Stationed mainly on naval bases or Himalaya class aircraft carriers, the Don Escargot was used to combat the Principality of Zeon’s Jukon class submarines. Its armaments included four anti-air machine guns, plus anti-sub missiles and depth charges. The Don Escargot remained in service as late as UC 0090.
