The MBF-M1 Astray served as the Orb Union’s first mass produced mobile suit during the Bloody Valentine War. In the postwar period, Morgenroete developed the EF-24R flight rotor Shrike pack as an add-on for the M1 Astray. The Shrike pack attached to the M1 Astray’s flight pack and gave it the ability to hover across land or water. Otherwise, the M1 Astray Shrike was identical to the original M1 Astray.
