The MiG-29 Fulcrum was a jet fighter originally manufactured by Mikoyan for the Soviet Union starting in 1982. The MiG-29 was developed as a counter to its American counterparts, the F-15 Eagle and F-16 Fighting Falcon. The MiG-29 was armed with an 30mm gun, and its hardpoints could mount a variety of missiles. Following the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991, the MiG-29 was used by multiple parties, including the Russian Air Force and later the Anti-U.N. during and after the Unification Wars. In 2008, the aging MiG-29 was still in use with the Anti-U.N., deployed against U.N. Spacy’s similarly dated F-14A+2 Tomcat.
