One of the four Elemental Lord Robots of La Guias, Psybuster was governed by the spirits of the wind. Psybuster was able to manipulate the wind and use it as a weapon. Like the other Elemental Lords, Psybuster had strong armor which most Earth weapons were useless against. It was also able to travel between Earth and La Guias on its own. Psybuster chose its own pilot, and its cockpit would only open for that person. Psybuster did not need repairs; however, it did need to return to La Guias to heal itself.

Psybuster was an ancient machine that has had many pilots. The first known pilot was Masaki, a boy who appeared on La Guias. He first used Psybuster to stop a rebellion on La Guias. Some time after, Masaki was sent to investigate the strange rubble that appeared on La Guias. He found himself on Earth and was attacked by the environmental restoration organization DC, which mistook Psybuster for a monster. Masaki discovered experiments using micro black holes that had begun destabilizing the dimensional wall between Earth and La Guias. Psybuster was eventually damaged by DC’s Balcion, forcing it to hide in the sea of trees around Mt Fuji. Masaki was eventually captured by DC, which also took possession of Psybuster. DC recruit Ken Ando found himself in Psybuster’s cockpit and escaped with it. After rescuing Masaki, Ken and Masaki traveled to La Guias, where Ken was officially chosen by the spirits of wind. Ken used Psybuster to combat the evil intentions of Shu Zoldark, an exile from La Guias planning his revenge. As the wormhole between La Guias and Earth threatened to destroy the two planets, Psybuster and the other Elemental Lords combined their powers and used the Cy Flash, which killed Shu and saved both planets. Afterward, the Elemental Lords returned to La Guias.
