The RGZ-95C ReZEL Type C was a variation of the standard RGZ-95 ReZEL. The Commander Type was equipped with a different backpack than the standard model and had higher thrust due to the thrust limiter being removed. The suit’s frame was accordingly reinforced to handle this higher level of performance. The Commander Type’s armaments were nearly identical, although it carried a powerful mega beam launcher in place of the beam rifle. A customized variant was used by pilots on the General Revil, the flagship of the Earth orbital fleet. In April UC 0096, a unit assigned to the Londo Bell ship Nahel Argama and piloted by Norm Basilicock was destroyed in a battle against Neo Zeon.
