Developed by Dr. Frank, the RT was constructed to help rebuild Japan, which had been heavily damaged after several natural disasters. The RT’s main task was to remove rubble and it could function underwater as well as on land. When the Elemental Lord Psybuster appeared, the RTs are modified for combat, equipping weapons such as Gatling guns, smoke bombs and flamethrowers. Even with these armaments, the RTs were no match for Psybuster. After the introduction of the Prescion, the RT stopped seeing use, except on a few occasions.
