The RX-75 Guntank was a variant of the Earth Federation Forces’ RX-75-4 Guntank. Compared to the original Guntank, the RX-75 did not use the Core Block System and featured one double seater cockpit. The RX-75 was equipped with a troop transport module on its front end. Its armaments included a pair of cannons and arm-mounted bop missile launchers. In December UC 0079, an RX-75 from the Black Cat team participated in the Battle of A Baoa Qu and deployed troops to take control of Zeon’s mobile suit production facilities within the space fortress. After the war, that RX-75 unit and its pilots were assigned to the assault carrier Spartan in August UC 0080.

Fun fact: The OST for the G-Saviour PS2 game got a physical release. King Record released the 1-disc 31-track CD on January 25, 2001. Unfortunately, it’s not a cheap pickup. Only so many copies were made, and as a result, it fetches high prices online ($125+)!
