Mobile Suit Gundam: Hathaway’s Flash is a novel series released exclusively in Japan from 1989-1990. It is a sequel to the 1988 novel Mobile Suit Gundam: Char’s Counterattack – Beltorchika’s Children. Written by Yoshiyuki Tomino with mobile suit designs by Yasuhiro Moriki and character illustrations by Haruhiko Mikimoto, it was published by Kadokawa Shoten. Set in UC 0105, the novels focus on Hathaway Noa, who as an adult now leads a double life as Mafty Navue Erin, the leader of the anti-Federation armed group Mafty. In 2021, the novels were adapted into the movie trilogy Mobile Suit Gundam Hathaway.
