Macross 7: The Galaxy’s Calling Me! is a short theatrical film released in Japan in 1995 on a double bill with Macross Plus: Movie Edition. It is a side story set during the Macross 7 TV series. The creative staff from the TV series worked on the movie, which focuses on a solo adventure of Basara Nekki on a remote planet where mysterious music-related events are occurring. The movie has not been officially released in English.
