The PFF-X7/M1 Mercuone Gundam was a custom Gunpla developed by the Diver Hiroto (aka Hiroto Kuga). The Mercuone Gundam was the configuration of the PLANETS System’s Mercury Armor mounted on the PFF-X7 Core Gundam. Created for underwater combat, the Mercuone Gundam featured armor with improved water pressure resistance and multiple fins for increased mobility. The Mercuone Gundam’s main armament was a water needle gun that could fire underwater bits and a large harpoon. It was also armed with a pair of beam vulcans, beam sabers and fin zambers, a pair of blade-like weapons that could perform flowing attacks that did not hinder the suit’s movement through water. Hiroto used the Mercuone Gundam in an underwater Created mission to prepare for a mission on Eldora to reach a space elevator known as the Silver Tower.
