The VGMM-Gf10 Gundam G-Lucifer was a prototype mobile suit developed by Venus Globe’s G-IT Laboratory. Like other G-type mobile suits, the Gundam G-Lucifer utilized a universal standard control scheme that allowed anyone to pilot the suit without difficulty. In contrast to the standard Gundam head used by the Gundam G-Lucifer Chimaira, the standard Gundam G-Lucifer mounted a horned head with monoeye sensor. Due to the Gundam G-Lucifer still being in a test stage in RC 1014, its cockpit featured three seats. The Gundam G-Lucifer equipped the nanomachine-based Moonlight Butterfly System. Its main armaments included three large skirt funnels, each of which mounted six beam cannons and a mega cannon. The skirt funnels, which also doubled as thrusters, could also be deployed as a triangle-shaped barrier around the mobile suit. Other armaments included a pair of beam sabers and a beam rifle. In RC 1014, testing on the Gundam G-Lucifer was nearly completed when it was stolen by Manny Ambassada and Noredo Nug from the Amerian Forces ship Megafauna. Afterward, the Gundam G-Lucifer was primarily piloted by Raraiya Akuparl, with Noredo co-piloting as a navigator.
