The GN-0000DVR Gundam 00 Diver was a custom Gunpla built by the Diver Riku (aka Riku Mikami) of Force Build Divers. It was based on the GN-0000 00 Gundam from the 2007-09 anime TV series Mobile Suit Gundam 00. The 00 Diver was Riku’s first unit in Gunpla Battle Nexus Online, which he created by combining a base 00 Gundam kit with weapons and parts from his other Gunpla. Riku added verniers and wings to the kit’s core thrusters to boost mobility. Its weapons were customized for melee combat and included pairs of GN Beam Sabers and GN Sword IIs. The 00 Diver also retained the original’s Trans-Am System, which allowed for a brief burst of high performance. Riku engaged in a battle against Ogre’s GNX-803OG Ogre GN-X, but the combination of Riku’s inexperience and the strain of Trans-Am on the 00 Diver’s body led to his defeat. Riku later improved the kit’s construction and upgraded it into the GN-0000DVR/A Gundam 00 Diver Ace.
