The GNY-004B Black Plutone was a replica of Celestial Being’s GNY-004 Gundam Plutone. It was created by the Innovators using data stored within Veda to serve as a test unit for their future mobile suit designs. Elements of the Gundam Plutone were featured later in the Innovade-use GNZ-001 GRM Gundam. The Black Plutone was similar to the original version, but it was powered by a GN Drive Tau and was able to properly utilize a GN Field. The Black Plutone was destroyed in battle, but pilot Bring Stabity escaped in the Core Fighter and later piloted a second unit, joined by “Black” copies of other older Gundams.
