The MSJ-06YIII-B Tieren Kyitwo was the test machine for the planned successor to the Tieren series, the MSJ-07. The Kyitwo’s main feature was that it could be used on Earth or in space without changing equipment; this was something that not even the Union or AEU had achieved. Unlike the standard Tieren, the Kyitwo was quite mobile and agile; it was even able to evade the attacks of multiple GN Proto Bits. Using its powerful thrusters, the suit could hover at a high speed while on earth. The Kyitwo’s formal name was Tieren All-Region Trial Type and belonged to the HRL’s Next Generation Development Technology Institute. Data from the suit was also used to develop the MSJ-06II-SP Tieren Taozi, so it could be considered as the Proto-Taozi. The head had a multi-sensor, the red and orange disc on the suit’s back was a microwave power receiver, and the tanks mounted on the shoulders contained water that served as the suit’s propellant.

The Kyitwo’s cockpit was a two-seater design, and the front seat had surround monitors like the Tieren Taozi, while the rear seat had the standard Tieren cockpit system. The pilot in front was in charge of maneuvering the suit and indicated when to open fire, while the pilot in the rear was in charge of pulling the trigger. As the cockpit was enlarged to fit two pilots, the suit’s chest protruded out more. The 500mm multistep acceleration gun was the suit’s strongest weapon. The weapon’s liquid propellants were ignited sequentially in order to accelerate the projectile in stages (the weapon basically functioned like a multi-chamber gun). As a result, the projectile’s muzzle velocity was much higher than those of previous projectile weaponry and beyond the dodging ability of human reflexes. However, it was not as fast as beam weaponry. The gun was capable of destroying an AEU-05/05 AEU Hellion Perpetuum in a single shot. Although it could not penetrate a Gundam’s armor, a direct hit could badly rattle the suit, causing the pilot to lose consciousness as well as damage some of the Gundam’s fragile internal system/parts. This gun was mounted to the suit’s waist, as it was too heavy for the suit’s arms. With the appearance of the Gundams and the formation of the Earth Sphere Federation, the MSJ-07 project was cancelled, but several units entered production as the MSJ-06III-A Tieren All-Region Type.
