Reading my review of episode 27, you get the impression that I don't like clip shows. Not only does Gundam Wing make TWO clip shows, they also make them consecutive. In this one, Treize considers the events of episodes 17-26 while imprisoned by the Romefeller Foundation. There is some new footage here, which shows Quatre and Heero arriving on Earth. It is revealed that Lady Une is alive, and also that Treize is building a new red Gundam. Still, it would have been nice to have an episode.
