Hypocrisy Exposed by Chris 11:35 A.M. EST
This update will be a bit different from the average one because this time I have an important message to share. It's about unfair accusations and hypocritical statements. Everyone knows about my daily Gundam reviews, which always include screenshots. But where do they come from? Well, it's from Gundam Plus. The webmaster of that site, Pick, has accused me of stealing his screenshots, and this is where part of the problem is. Screenshots are public domain because only Sunrise hold copyright over them. Therefore, Pick cannot rightly say that I 'stole' anything from him, because he cannot own the pictures himself. Why have I not mentioned him before? Well, the pictures I have are extensively modified to the point that they are not the same as his pictures. If I had used his pictures 'as is', I would have credited him as the source.

However, the problem does not end there. In response to my fair use of his screenshots, Pick did something quite immature. He copied all of my pictures from the Wingzero gallery and misrepresented it as his own gallery. I emailed Echo Fox, the former webmaster of Wingzero.net, and he informed me that long ago he did send Pick the pictures. However, those pictures would not include nearly 700 thumbnails that Lore made, nor would it include nearly 200 pics I found on my own. Considering the incredible speed with which the gallery was created (he announced it one day and premiered the next), it is obvious that he copied my gallery. Now, I do not object to him having the pics, but I object to his attitude and his statements. The pictures are public domain as well and I would not ask him to take them down. However, he wrongfully accuses me of being a thief, and then he goes and copies my gallery and all the hard work it took Lore and I months to do. What's worse is that after copying my gallery, he continues to accuse me of theft. Aside from just taking the gallery, the misrepresentation is another problem. Yes he did receive pictures from Echo Fox, but those are not the pictures he used. Plain and simple, it is a lie. He has lied to the public and everyone who visits his website.

I attempted to reach a peaceful solution with Pick by sending him two emails. I suggested that we both acknowledge each other as sources and simply go about our business. However, he has ignored both messages. In response to that I have no choice but to bring the matter to the public forum and expose his hypocrisy. I find his behavior to be extremely childish and immature, and it needs to be pointed out. He needs to be made aware that one cannot act in this way as the webmaster of a site and hope to retain any credibility. Now, this is not an invitation to start a flame war. I don't want people to email Pick and say 'your website sucks' or 'I hate you'. Instead, if you feel the need to contact him, make it constructive and express your disappointment, but no flames. This is a serious issue, and it deserves a response from Pick himself. He could have prevented this by simply responding to me, but he chose not to do that. I do not enjoy having to do this, but it is my only remaining option, and everyone deserves to know. I hope Pick can be mature enough to desire a peaceful conclusion to this matter.

Lore's Countercorrection by Lore 2:28 A.M. EST
Thanks to all who notified me by email of the mistakes in the Char's Counterattack section. The Neo-Zeon is now present and the misplaced Neo-Zeon ships are back where they should be. I also have more for you in the area of Mecha Domain. I have completed the Newtype Magazine G Gundam Original Designs and RPG Magazine Originals sections.

A Wish of War Orphans by Chris 10:45 P.M. EST
Well, Lore is nowhere in sight right now, so I don't know if any new mecha stuff will be online tonight. However, I have reviewed episode 30 of Gundam, so go check it out. On another note, Mark Simmons of Gundam Project announced that on September 1 he would be indefinitely shutting down his message boards. That's a shame because I enjoyed hanging out on that message board.

Counterattacking Again by Lore 12:47 A.M. EST
G-Saviour
and Char's Counterattack are the Mecha Domain updates for today. Quite a few people requested Char's Counterattack, so I'm sure they will be quite pleased it was done so soon.

Tragedy in Jaburo by Chris 11:47 P.M. EST
Another character bites the dust...and you can read about it in my review for Gundam episode 29. Also, Lore should be updating pretty soon with a few more Mecha Domain sections. They'll probably be up a few minutes after this post.

We Do Listen by Lore 12:36 A.M. EST
Many of you requested that we do some more obscure sections of Mecha Domain next; and we did. I present to you the complete anime novel adaptations (which includes Mobile Suit Gundam, Char's Counterattack, and Victory Gundam), the BomBom Comics adaptations (which includes Zeta Gundam and G Gundam), Gundam the Ride: A Baoa Qu, and the list of Unconfirmed and Non-Classified Mecha.

Across The Atlantic Ocean by Chris 7:13 P.M. EST
Well, with today's review of Gundam episode 28, the reviews in that section are now greater in number than the Zeta Gundam reviews. However, pretty soon I'll have 9 new reviews for Zeta Gundam as soon as I can fill in a gap. Also, I've made some minor tweaks to both Gundam and The 08th MS Team in the Mecha section so that all names match the official Sunrise spellings.

We Work Quickly Here by Lore 1:09 A.M. EST
The 08th MS Team profiles are now up in the Mecha section.
For all of those who have expressed concern over our progress on finishing the Mecha section, please keep in mind that we are reconstructing a site which took 4 years to build. Given that, I think we are moving rather quickly.

A Spy On Board by Chris 7:27 P.M. EST
Ok, my schedule allowed me to do this update. Now available is Gundam episode 27, with screenshots. You will notice that starting with this episode there are no longer purchasing links for Right Stuf DVD's. The reason for this is that only 6 volumes of the series will be out before the end of the year, and there is no listing yet for volume 7, which this episode belongs on.

More Gundam by Chris 5:45 P.M. EST
My recovery from vacation continues, along with new reviews. Now available are episodes 25-26 of Gundam, which means I've finally caught up with all the episodes aired so far. Due to my schedule, I won't be able to do daily reviews on Mondays and Wednesdays. Reviews for episodes airing on those days will be posted on the following day.

More Catching Up by Chris 11:45 P.M. EST
I've finally caught up on all my mail, and there's also some new reviews. Episodes 23-24 of Gundam are now available, complete with screenshots. I should be totally caught up with those reviews by tomorrow. Also, purchasing links for previous episodes has been adjusted with the correct episode counts on each of the DVD's.

Catching Up by Chris 7:45 P.M. EST
Well, I'm back from my one week vacation to New Orleans, and I must say I had a very good time. It's a party city, and the food is damn good (and expensive). Now that I'm back, I have a lot of mail and reviews to catch up on. For those who sent me mail during my vacation, it will take time for me to catch up on them. As for reviews, episodes 21-22 of Gundam are now available.

Mecha Domain's Counterattack by Lore 10:38 P.M. EST
Yes, the time has come. Mecha Domain is back online with the premiere of the First Gundam section (along with a new mascot), containing nearly 100 profiles. Just click on the Mecha button to get to it. New sections will appear as we finish them. There are an astronomical number of files to go through, but we are used to it as FAHQ is not exactly small either. That's not all we have in store for you today. Many of our fans have requested a fanfic section, and I'm happy to announce that we have opened one. For now, it only has MissBunny's fanfics for Ranma 1/2, Sailor Moon, and Hey Arnold!. But you can help change that, just see the section for the submission guidelines. Feel free to discuss our version of the Mecha Domain or anything else on your mind in our Forum!

Broken Promises by MissBunny 1:34 A.M. EST
Some promises are left broken and forgotten. For this young boy, however, his promise was his life. As the city streets resume into the depths of a darkened forest, we here at FAHQ were able to save the remnants of Vampire Princess Miyu's next review, episode 10, along with screenshots.

Cat's Eye by MissBunny 9:58 P.M. EST
When your cat takes over the house and your wife goes insane, you know you've entered the dark side. Next up for Vampire Princess Miyu is a review for episode 9, complete with screenshots.

Hand-To-Hand Combat by Chris 6:00 P.M. EST
As usual, a review with screenshots is available for Gundam episode 20. After today, daily Gundam reviews will be placed on hold because I will be on vacation from the 17th-24th in New Orleans. Also, Lore and MissBunny will be on vacation elsewhere, so things will be slow for about a week. Please be aware that if you send me any email after today that I cannot respond to it until I return. See you all on August 24!

Ramba Ral's Attack by Chris 9:35 P.M. EST
You guessed it, review and screenshots for episode 19 of Gundam. Also, our RoboDirect forum has been renamed to the simpler title of Mecha to tie-in to the upcoming Mecha section. I encourage people to join and post any questions or comments you may have, along with standard mecha topics like comparisons and vs battles.

For today's second update, I present a review with screenshots for episode 18 of Gundam.

Today I have several updates. First, reviews and screenshots are now up for episodes 14-15 of Victory Gundam. Second, in the About section we have created a new area called Convention Reports so that we can cover any convention we attend. The first one is...quite odd.

Also, the Staff Information page now features a picture, so you can finally see what I and some of the other staff members look like.

Winners Forever by Chris 4:40 P.M. EST
Now available are reviews (with screenshots) for episodes 12-13 of Victory Gundam, which completes 1/4 of the series. Unfortunately, only 15 episodes have been translated, so it will be some time before more is available.

August 10, 2001

Sayla's Agony by Chris 8:45 P.M. EST
Now available is a review (with screenshots) for episode 16 of Gundam. Also up are upgraded reviews (with some new screenshots) for episodes 16-20 of Gundam X.

Time, Be Still by Chris 6:17 P.M. EST
Now up is a review (with screenshots) for episode 14 of Gundam, as well as information about episode 15, which is not airing on TV.

August 8, 2001

Coming Home by Chris 9:20 P.M. EST
Now available is a review (with screenshots) for episode 13 of Gundam. It's a sad day in the world of Gundam, as Mecha Domain webmaster Burke Rukes announced yesterday that he would be shutting down the website due to a lack of interest and increasing cost for his host, Gundam.com's Ben Koshy. Several people have announced that they will be mirroring the website, and we will be doing so as well because of our server capacity. However, instead of just mirroring and preserving the work that Burke has done, we hope to add to it in whatever way we can.

The Threat Of Zeon by Chris 6:35 P.M. EST
For today's second update I have several things. The first is a review (with screenshots) for episode 12 of Gundam. The second item is the upgraded reviews for episodes 11-15, complete with new screenshots for some episodes.

Almost Done by Chris 11:12 A.M. EST
Well, it seems like another Gundam series is coming close to its end. I'm talking in this case about G Gundam. Today's reviews (with screenshots) for episodes 38-39 brings me to a full 3/4 of the series completed. With only 10 episodes left, the last story arc begins.

Icelina-Love's Remains by Chris 6:36 P.M. EST

Domon Returns by Chris 1:40 P.M. EST
Lore is on vacation for the weekend, so it's up to me to make updates. After a brief pause, I return to G Gundam with reviews and screenshots for episodes 36-37. More are on the way soon.

August 3, 2001

Garma's Fate by Chris 11:50 P.M EST
Garma bites the dust in the best episode of Gundam to date, and you can read about it in my review (with screenshots) for episode 10. Also, a new and more detailed review for Gundam F91 is available, complete with screenshots. Also, the main Gundam page has been updated with info about new projects in Japan.

August 2, 2001

Fly, Gundam! by Chris 6:25 P.M. EST
No surprise here: today's update is a review and screenshots for episode 9 of Gundam. We're almost a third of the way through the series now, and it looks likes things are starting to get really good.

August 1, 2001

Winds Of War by Chris 11:40 P.M. EST
Today I have several updates. First, reviews and screenshots are available for episode 8 of Gundam and episode 27 of Z Gundam. Also, screenshots are available for episodes 41-49 of Gundam Wing, along with Endless Waltz as well.
