The GNR-010 0 Raiser was a support craft designed to dock with the GN-0000 00 Gundam. Originally intended to provide defensive cover fire or gather intelligence, the 0 Raiser instead became a stabilizer for the 00 Gundam’s Twin Drive System and Trans-Am System and was regularly docked with the mobile suit as the GN-0000+GNR-010 00 Raiser. The 0 Raiser was powered by a GN Condenser, but if its supply of GN particles was depleted, it could dock with the 00 Gundam for replenishment. The canopy in the 0 Raiser’s nose was not the location of the cockpit, which was situated in the center of the main body. Instead, it housed a composite sensor unit that was superior to the sensors of a typical mobile suit. A Haro provided support to the pilot, allowing the smooth functioning of the unit’s various systems.

The main thruster was mounted at the rear of the main body and the nozzle was moveable, allowing the unit to carry out maneuvers that a normal fighter jet was incapable of. The binders contained retractable pylons for mounting additional equipment such as optional weapons or a large GN Condenser. At the end of each binder was a moveable thruster. The 0 Raiser’s armaments included GN Beam Machine Guns, which had a higher rate of fire than a normal beam rifle, and although their firepower was weaker, they were still sufficient for damaging a mobile suit. Their use was limited when 0 Raiser was operating on its own as they consumed a high amount of particles. The GN Micro Missiles were guided and due to technological advancement were as powerful as full size GN Missiles used by mobile suits. The 0 Raiser was piloted by Saji Crossroad, a civilian who fell in with Celestial Being in 2312. Throughout the conflict with the Innovators, he supported Setsuna F. Seiei’s 00 Gundam while trying to reach his ex-girlfriend Louise Halevy, an A-LAWS pilot.
