Technical
and Historical Notes
|
A customized
version of the OMS-14RF RF Gelgoog
used by the Oldsmobile Army in the early UC 0120s, the OMS-14SRF
RF Gelgoog was built especially for use by Major Charles Rochester.
Impressed by various new technologies introduced in the Earth
Federation Forces' Gundam F90 series, the
Oldsmobile Army turned to their Crossbone Vanguard sponsors
to acquire these same tools for their own use. In addition to
improved performance and major cosmetic changes, the RF Gelgoog
Charles Type could be equipped with the revolutionary new beam
shield, thus giving this mobile suit an almost perpetual mega
particle-based defense screen against incoming enemy fire.
