The MSA-005S Methuss Kai is a trial production transformable mobile suit based on the AEUG's MSA-005 Methuss. The body has been slightly altered from the standard Methuss and is made specifically for bombardment. The nose portion is equipped with a high mega cannon for main use in mobile armor mode, though it can also be used in mobile suit mode. The joints are also strengthened from the standard Methuss, which solves the problem of the original's weak body. Compared to the Methuss, the mobile armor mode is greatly improved with the high mega cannon and increased thrust. Several experimental units are built and sent to Karaba on Earth, where they play an active role in the war against the Titans.
